it is absolutely a stress release,   and life happens.  There were times when sex was very frequent and as a horny guy I still got great pleasure from masturbating...   I've never NOT done it, and I think it's silly to abstain.   Life goes on,  there are other things which take priority, but it's always there.   My frequency isn't what it used to be, even in the recent past.   I'm not one to lie and say stupid shit like "addicted" or "lifestyle" or "24/7" or "gooned" or any of that, but it's a hobby and and a much needed outlet.    All men should be honest about it.   All women too, but I think the reality is, it's not as much of a need for women.  On average, just the truth.
