The "cPanel" AutoSSL provider could not renew the SSL certificate without a reduction of coverage because of the following problems:

At the time of this notice, the certificate will expire in 6 days,

I am waiting for information on how to correct this from our new tech maintenance  man.

I'm not sure your new tech maintenance man is but today, you advised me that the site may go down at midnight sat/sun.

You haven't yet sent the login I asked for, to help you. Therefore,
I can't help and because it may take time and I am unavailable much of tomorrow, the site may indeed go down, as you say.

Seems strange you would ask for the help but not give what's needed to enable me to do the work.

Ok. I've no idea why I was asked again for help that, again, wasn't actually required. Maybe, there's a delay between Sandra asking you and you responding/doing. You should fix that too.

I'm not a safety net and I don't work with clients who release login details so freely to others.

Our new tech maintenance man has worked wonder's in the database, its all thanks to him we are now 'error' free and the hotel is still standing (we were close to closing the doors)

But - for the hotel to continue to remain free and grow we do need donations, we need donations to pay for extra disk space and to turn the attachment function back on.
