21.  The human brain and nervous system are not full developed until age 23.  That includes maturity.  That's why I think firearm ownership in the US should be 21.

Here in the states it's eighteen. I think that is a good age. Let the children develop. Conversely..Men have been wrongly incarcerated for having sex with young girls that trapped them.
