Where is a good site to get off ?

I get off anywhere I have the urge, if I won't be caught.
Recently, it has included a M&S changing room.
(I was trying on shorts and trousers and wanted to see how revealing of my bulge they were. So I got hard to be able to know but before I put him away to check out the bulge, I got a strong sensation which made me just keep going until I came. Having just recently read about the symptoms for which TRT (Testosterone replacement therapy), can help, I'm researching it. The symptoms were described as lethargy, loss of motivation, brain fog, weight gain, tiredness, restless sleep and a couple/few others. 

I was never particularly hirsute but my arms and legs now have almost no hair on them, less than 10yrs back. I'm tired, foggy, lacking in energy, slightly overweight.  I tried adrenaline from my local health shop a few years back for something else and it improved my 'awakeness' and I had much more get-up-and-go.

Now that I have heard about TRT, I want to know more.
