Partial replenishment of semen happens quickly, often within 12 to 24 hours.
For a full biological reset to maximum capacity, it takes about two to three days.
The details of sperm regeneration:

Partial Refill (12–24 hours): While a complete biological cycle takes much longer, a significant amount of the fluid and sperm reserves will replenish within a day.

Baseline Recovery (2–3 days): It takes about 48 to 72 hours for over 90% of men to return to baseline semen parameters after ejaculating.

Full Cycle (64–74 days): The entire process of spermatogenesis—creating completely new, mature sperm from stem cells—is a continuous conveyor belt that takes roughly two months.
