You do not need to have orgasms to survive or live a healthy life, though they offer physical and mental benefits.
Physical and Mental Benefits
Stress relief:

Orgasms release oxytocin and endorphins, which lower stress and anxiety.
Better sleep:
The release of relaxing hormones can help you fall asleep faster.
Pain reduction:
Endorphins can act as a natural relief for cramps and aches.
Pelvic strength:
Muscle contractions during climax help tone the pelvic floor.

What happens to females when they climax?

During a climax, a female's body experiences intense rhythmic muscle contractions, spikes in heart rate and blood pressure, and a powerful release of built-up sexual tension.

Physical Responses

Muscle contractions: Pelvic floor muscles, the vagina, the uterus, and the anus contract rhythmically every 0.8 seconds, usually resulting in 3 to 15 distinct spasms.

Vital signs: Heart rate, breathing rate, and blood pressure reach their peak.

Physical changes: Pupils dilate, the skin may flush (especially on the chest and neck), and the body can experience generalized muscle tension or spasms.

Pain threshold: The body's pain tolerance temporarily increases, acting as a natural form of relief.

Mental and Emotional Responses

Euphoria: An intense wave of pleasure washes over the nervous system.
Blissful blankness: Many individuals experience a brief meditative state or a momentary letting go of conscious thought.

Resolution: Blood flow decreases, and the body slowly returns to its normal resting state, often leaving a lingering feeling of deep relaxation and satisfaction.
