trim/shave....   sort of covered it before.   A tree always looks bigger when there isn't any brush around the base....   not to sound like a broken record but it has just been easier and nicer all around for well, going on 25 years or more now.   It was off and on before then...  it used to be a regular part of our sex life for me to shave my wife-  we both loved it and of course I kept myself well groomed.   after our son was born we decided that I would get a vasectomy-  it was done at an Army medical center, and at the consult, the nurse outlined the pre-op procedure and that I would need to be completely shaved-  she said "you can do it, or I can do it, but I guarantee you'll like it more if you do it!"  LOLOL  and after that I've kept myself well groomed there. Wife has lost interest for the most part, long story,  but she's sometimes at least trimmed short- most of the time just natural now.
