Yes, to both. Morning wood since I was 10 or 11, and ever since, but, especially since I turned 70, having a need to pee badly too!!

It actually depends on where I am and what my general mood is. It could be once a week it could be several times. That doesn't mean it gets put to good use everytime sadly.
