I love smaller boobs I love all boobs (firmer the better) up to a DD (or an E on a small and slim girl).
Those I have played with have larger nipples than bigger breasted women. Actually larger not just relatively, to the size of the boob. One 32A woman's nipples were the size of a thimble. Very edible and sensitive. :)     
All small ones I have experience with have all been more sensitive to a good breast massage than the larger-boobed ladies.   
I just need to see more of them to find out if they still make me hard :)
