Surveys show that roughly 50% to 55% of married men watch pornography on at least a monthly basis, with some broader studies indicating that up to 80% of married men consume it periodically or have used it within a given six-month timeframe.
Most use it as a private tool for masturbation and sexual release.

Roughly 20% to 38% (depending on age demographics) admit to viewing pornography and masturbating several times a week.Age variance:
Younger married men (ages 18–30) report higher rates of regular use (around 63% watching multiple times a week), which tends to decrease as men grow older (around 38% for ages 31–40).

Exact total numbers for married couples who watch porn and masturbate are not known, but large surveys show the habit is common.

Roughly 35% watch porn frequently on a weekly or daily basis, while about 25% report no use in the past year.
