Sandra, I literally live for each of these physical cues in a woman as she gets close to and climaxes. The changes in her breathing, her skin flushing and then sweating tell me that she's getting close, her grip on me hands, arms legs tightening fire me up. When she involuntary wraps her legs vehind me and starts to pull me in harder and I take the cue and pound in making her grit her teeth and pull me in tighter until she goes rigid and I know that she's on the threshold which sends me deep into a frenzy of ramming in with all I have until she cums. Each of those physical cues is like taking another step up a staircase. I live for the physical changes and cues discussed above.

What happens to females when they climax?

During a climax, a female's body experiences intense rhythmic muscle contractions, spikes in heart rate and blood pressure, and a powerful release of built-up sexual tension.

Physical Responses

Muscle contractions: Pelvic floor muscles, the vagina, the uterus, and the anus contract rhythmically every 0.8 seconds, usually resulting in 3 to 15 distinct spasms.

Vital signs: Heart rate, breathing rate, and blood pressure reach their peak.

Physical changes: Pupils dilate, the skin may flush (especially on the chest and neck), and the body can experience generalized muscle tension or spasms.

Pain threshold: The body's pain tolerance temporarily increases, acting as a natural form of relief.

Mental and Emotional Responses

Euphoria: An intense wave of pleasure washes over the nervous system.
Blissful blankness: Many individuals experience a brief meditative state or a momentary letting go of conscious thought.

Resolution: Blood flow decreases, and the body slowly returns to its normal resting state, often leaving a lingering feeling of deep relaxation and satisfaction.

You do not need to have orgasms to survive or live a healthy life, though they offer physical and mental benefits.
Physical and Mental Benefits
Stress relief:

Orgasms release oxytocin and endorphins, which lower stress and anxiety.
Better sleep:
The release of relaxing hormones can help you fall asleep faster.
Pain reduction:
Endorphins can act as a natural relief for cramps and aches.
Pelvic strength:
Muscle contractions during climax help tone the pelvic floor.
