Eating a good diet healthy food choices help with cum scent and taste. I've found making sure the taste and scent are good are keys to getting your cock sucked frequently and enthusiastically. In every single country I've ever visited, some old dude in a the local grocery store will point out their local fruit and tell me that is the "secret" thing to make you hard for hours.   For erections, speak to your doc and get a scrip.
  For cum volume, the first thing that you can do is hydrate, usually much more than you think, google is your friend to figure out hydration that's right for your activity level. Next is diet,cut back on fatty foods eat cleaner is great for this and so many other things like the color, scent and taste of your cum. After that there are a few supplements that guys have tried that can help with cum color, scent and taste.

I did order some supplements that is suppose to increase semen volume. Can't say it did or did not. Either way I'm going to order something different and see if I notice anything. I have been way more horny than usual, no complaints from me.

I'm curious has anyone found any supplements that help with erections and cum volume?

I know living a health life style is the most important thing you can do for your health but we all know it can be challenging.

As I get older I miss the days of the younger years, easier to get and maintain an erection and powerful and massive ejaculations. Would like to get a bit of that back.

I know everyone's different and some have no problems at my age.
