That's a great point, and thank you for pointing out that men have discretion. We are not out there looking to fuck every attractive woman we see, even if we may be strongly attracted by her appearance. We still think with the correct head, so to speak, lol. Also, in my view, you did well career-wise in your discretion. I, too, have worked most of my career in places where females were most of the workforce, and have been supervised by women a bunch of times.

While I have wildly jacked off privately to fantasies about a couple of those bosses, I've never involved myself with any woman at work. Even when some have clearly indicated a strong interest. In my hotly competitive field, that behavior is a great way to potentially open myself to what I call a strategic harassment charge, regardless of the actual facts. I have actually seen a coworker pushed aside by such suspicions as a woman advanced into his position. Observing all that led me to think it's better to keep any coworker lust between me and Rosie Palm.

IMHO and speaking generally, the difference in need for sex is hardwired into our biology. As semen builds up, men have a compelling physical need to ejaculate, and as any man who has spent time in long-term orgasm denial knows, it ramps up the longer ejaculation does not occur. Denial of a cum shot for several weeks or months can mean that when it does happen, it will be painful rather than pleasurable. I know that to be true. Research has shown - and most men with self-knowledge can see this in themselves - that a man's visual and mental focus narrows as he pursues, prepares for and then engages in sexual intercourse. That's why porn works. Denial of orgasm further focuses this change over time. Or, as a Mistress controlling me once said, "It makes you much more attentive to what I want you to do."

As a side note, research also indicates that pounding the ol' pud regularly is beneficial to the prostate and reduces cancer risk.

For women, though, sex is not as much a need as a desire. IMO that's because biologically, the woman is the one who bears ultimate responsibility should a child result, so she needs to be discriminating, and the only way to do that is have less compelling physical need - so that's what's built in. A woman who understands herself and also understands the man's narrowing focus as he pursues her can easily manipulate any man who is even remotely interested, and an actual sex act is not even required. Yet I am continually surprised at the number of women who do not know they have this power.

Again, I am speaking generally, and there are obviously outliers among both sexes. I hope my opinions don't provoke negative reactions. They are just observations I picked up by observing, noting and learning.

It would be a primal urge, built in to men, to spread the gene pool by fucking every available female whenever and wherever. Now we couldn't have that going on, could we?
I mean, it's more primal than rational to think, "She's good looking. I think ill put my cock into her and shoot my sperm into her" but damn if that aint what we're thinking.
