13, lots of girls have lost their virginity at that age, a good open discussion can keep things on track and can help with educating her on her future sexual life as a teenager.

The Age of Consent in Netherlands is 16 years old. The age of consent is the minimum age at which an individual is considered legally old enough to consent to participation in sexual activity. Individuals aged 15 or younger in Netherlands are not legally able to consent to sexual activity, and such activity may result in prosecution for statutory rape or the equivalent local law.
Here in Norway the age of consent is also 16, but with a few exeptions:

It's not illegal when:
  • They are close in age, as in one is 15 but close to 16 and the other is 16 years
  • They are on the same maturity level

When it's not absolute, it's up to the courts to make the final ruling.

That is about the age we start thinking about what sex might be like.

Who fucked you when you were 12? How old were they?

Quote from: John_Handcock on Jul, 06, 2023, Personally I don't believe in age of consent per se. I believe in a sliding scale based on the age difference of the two consenting parties. For instance 14-15, 16-20, 18-25, 20-30, 22-40, 25-50. This would help eliminate some of the young men being flagged as a sexual offender because his GF happens to be under age but he is only a year or two older.

This is very true. "Statutory rape" is very unfair when both parties are consenting teens. An individuals life (not always a guy) is ruined because of the interpretation of the law.
