The whole package. A complete head-to-toe scan then I look at her face, then down to the hips, looking for tight jeans, and a camel toe is a bonus, then hips and ass depending on viewing angles, then up to the breasts. Oh and totally agree with useitorloseit above. I can't stand fake breasts, some are so obvious it's a distraction in a bad way especially with bad jobs, scars, lopsided, visible implant bag lines etc. (I know, sounds snobby but...)
I would take a pair of small natural shapely, pert breasts over giant fake boobs any day!
