Further research indicates the root part of the plant is good for this. And as it is an inflammation, an ice pack daily. 10 minutes on. I'm not sure how long between applications. I just do it once a day.

Chatting has gone quiet. At my age and getting off my myself I look forward to chats. Seems most everyone goes quiet this time of the year. I do like finding where people are at, what does it for them, etc. Chatting on here is an anonymous way to get things off our chests, share ideas we wouldn't talk about in public. Holidays were a challenge.

Yeah I suppose this time of year is trickier for most.  Guests just left this morning so I am getting my house back in order, cleaners are coming tomorrow for a deep clean, I shouldn't be excited about that but I am lol

it's been a tough one. Spent Christmas day with a couple we've known for forever. She has serious health probs, diabetes, overweight. Didn't go well. She had a fall. Bit of drama getting her up. It's such an over indulgent time and my wife puts a lot of effort and money into everything. Now we have the aftermath, the overrun in freezer and fridge and cupboards to use up. Happens every year.

And I hear you with the fridge and freezer, I went through this morning and did a clean out of my fridge to get rid of the last of the leftovers
