Sometimes I try to wait. The longer I wait, the bigger the load and the more intense. It's hard to wait sometimes but I can manage.

Daily - if I can find the time. But I don't always have time and/or enough privacy on a given day, so the average might be more like 2 out of 3 or even 1 out of 2.

When I was younger, at least once a day, more often than not two or three times a day.

As I'm older I like to take my time and edge for a couple hours and I usually will deny my orgasm for another time. My refractory period isn't like it was when I was younger. I just like walking around with heavy sore balls and a semi while knowing I have a huge load built up ready to blow.

Yeah refractory period is longer than it used to be. Definitely have to wait longer as I get older.
