A year ago I was recovering from an emotional breakdown that landed me in the mental ward for a week, the culmination of my downfall at work, the breakup of a relationship, the lockdown of the pandemic, and the breakup of another relationship (the immediate cause of my flip out.)

I had to pull myself together and soldier on.

I've gone over my list and calendar several times and still can't figure out how, in 2024, I did 25 solo readings/performances, 26 shows with my musician friends, and 8 group readings. That's 59 in all and I still feel like I didn't do anything. Also wrote over 100 poems. And still feel like I didn't write anything. I also turned 70 years old last September and started a new relationship last month. Maybe that's a sign of recovery.

Members MUST realize we are All like pen-pals here, we post a message and reply back as soon as possible.

The more posts we make the more we get back, leave a comment, whatever.

Happy 70th! And that sounds like quite a year you experienced.  My heart goes out to you and think about how much stronger you are now having experienced that.  We learn the most about ourselves through difficult times, I often have to remind myself of that!

me to I'm 46 digital age really fucked all that up x

I'm naked whenever I'm home.

I strip as soon as I get home, and stay naked until I have to go out, again.

I think television writers ran out of ideas 25 years ago, which is why I haven't watched TV since then.

My wife and I were married 20 years when we discovered ENM(Ethical Non Monogamy).
5 years ago we realized no matter how much we loved each other, we could not be everything sexual every time to each other. That's when we discovered the lifestyle and compersion. That was five years ago. The lifestyle allows us to free ourselves to explore and experience sexual freedom on our terms and not what society and religion what have us do.
We celebrate compersion which gives us joy for each other.
