 The Met Office has issued snow warnings for this week as temperatures are set to nosedive in an Arctic blast.

The thermometer hit a pleasant 14.8C on Monday (November 10) in Cardiff during November's mild opening. But temperatures are now forecast to tumble steadily, with Saturday's (November 15) lows expected to reach just-4C.

LA City Alert: The National Weather Service has updated the forecast for the storm that is currently impacting Los Angeles. A Flood Watch is scheduled to go into effect Saturday, November 15th from 1:00 AM through 10:00 PM. All areas within the City of Los Angeles are anticipated to experience moderate to heavy rainfall on Saturday. Significant impacts within the Flood Watch area could include roadway flooding and closures, power outages, and potentially damaging debris flows in the Palisades, Hurst, and Sunset burn scar areas. All residents are urged to take precautions.

Evacuation Warnings are in place for burn-scar areas. LAPD has conducted door knocks and distributed evacuation order flyers to particularly vulnerable properties within those burn-scar areas.
